Installation supervision, commissioning and operator instruction. The final payment comes after successful acceptance tests.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The prepayment is from 30%, and the final payment comes after the equipment has successfully passed acceptance tests at your site. The prepayment amount and the schedule are fixed in the contract.
Who handles customs clearance?
We do. LUNA CAPITAL TECHNOLOGIES takes care of customs clearance and customs duties — you receive the equipment at your plant.
Who is responsible for the cargo in transit?
We are. Delivery is on DDP terms: LUNA CAPITAL TECHNOLOGIES is responsible for the cargo in transit until the equipment is handed over at your plant. You accept the quantity and completeness on receipt, and the equipment's operation after commissioning.
Which documents do you provide?
Every delivery comes with a passport and/or an operating manual in Ukrainian. On request we provide a certificate of conformity. The set of documents may differ depending on the manufacturer.
What should be ready in the shop before the machine arrives?
A foundation or base to the manufacturer's drawing (we provide the drawing on request), a power supply run to the connection point, grounding, compressed air. Unloading, rigging and moving the machine into the shop are agreed separately.
How long does operator training take?
We instruct your operators at your plant: 1–2 days for universal, forming and pressing, and laser machines. For multi-axis machines, production lines with complex CNC and special equipment, instruction or training is provided under a separate contract.
How is the price in hryvnia calculated?
At the interbank selling rate of the respective currency on the payment date.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, we are a VAT payer on general terms.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes, we work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when needed. Just mention it in your first message.
Is financing available?
Yes, through PUMB factoring. The terms are set individually for each project and customer.
