What data we receive
You send it yourself
In the enquiry forms (a price request, a drawing, a callback) we ask for a name and a phone number; email and the text of the task are optional. Together with the enquiry we save its number and the visit source — which is described below. The form also has two optional questions — when you plan to buy and how you plan to pay; if you pick an answer, it goes with the enquiry.
You can attach files to an enquiry — a drawing, a photo of the part or of the machine nameplate (up to 3 files of up to 4 MB). They go only to the sales team's working Telegram group, as a reply to your enquiry.
Clicking a Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp button opens the messenger with a ready message. The messenger is a separate service: what you write there goes through it, under its own rules.
The site records it automatically
Visit source: the address you came from and the utm tags of the advertising campaign. We keep the first, the current and the last meaningful source in your browser and add them to the enquiry — so that we know which channel actually brings customers.
What you looked at on the site: the number of visits and pages, the last five models you opened and whether you opened the «Payment and delivery» and «Warranty and service» pages. This is also kept in your browser and added to the enquiry, or to the notice our managers get when you open a messenger from the site — so that the manager knows what to show you and does not ask again.
Hosting logs: the hosting provider records the IP address, the browser and the pages requested. That is how any website works; without it a server cannot answer a request.
Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag count visits, pages and events — an enquiry sent, a calculator used, a messenger opened. They work only after you agree to it in the cookie banner.
Tools on the site
The AI selection tool sends the text you typed — a machine model or a description of the production task — to the Anthropic API, which returns the answer. Do not put personal or commercial secrets in that field: it leaves for processing on someone else's servers.
The cart, the comparison list and the chosen language are kept in your browser and are not sent anywhere until you send an enquiry yourself.
Why we need it and on what basis
- To answer an enquiry. Without a name and a phone number we cannot reply with a quotation. Basis — your request.
- To keep the site working. Hosting logs and protection against form spam. Basis — our legitimate interest in a site that works.
- To understand the demand. Analytics shows which machines people look for and which pages are useless. Basis — your consent, which you can withdraw at any moment.
- To advertise. The Google Ads tag lets us show ads to people who have already been on the site. Basis — your consent.
We do not sell data, do not build advertising profiles of individuals and do not send newsletters to addresses left in the forms.
Who else receives the data
Only the services that make the site work. Each of them sees strictly its own part.

Data can also be handed over at the lawful demand of state bodies — that is required of any company.
Cookies and browser storage
Until you agree in the banner, only what is needed for the site itself is stored. Analytics and advertising cookies appear after consent and disappear when it is withdrawn.

How long we keep the data
- Enquiries with the attached files and correspondence — while we are in touch about the task and for three years afterwards: a machine is a long purchase, and questions about it come back.
- Hosting logs — as long as the hosting provider keeps them, usually up to 30 days.
- Analytics — up to 14 months in aggregated form.
- The AI selection query is not stored on our side at all: it is sent, answered and forgotten.
Your rights
You can ask us to show what data about you we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw consent to analytics and advertising with one click in the banner, without explaining why.
Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. If the answer does not satisfy you, a complaint can be filed with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Handling of personal data is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”; for visitors from the EU, the GDPR rules apply as well.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting something else, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it. We do not extend old consents to new purposes.
