The MAXION UNIMAX 2 T is a drilling machine with a 1.5 kW frequency-controlled 230 V motor for drilling and tapping up to M12. Speed is infinitely variable in two ranges, reversing and a digital speed readout are standard, and the table moves on a rack. Drilling up to 18 mm in continuous duty and 20 mm in normal duty, MT 2 taper, 100 mm stroke, 225 mm throat, 100–4,000 rpm, 130 kg. Whether the spindle reaches the hole, we check against the throat, stroke and workpiece height on the drawing.
