MAXION BT 36 GLtapping machine

The MAXION BT 36 GL is a tapping machine with a lead screw for M5–M30 threads, lighter than the column BS 36 GL: 390×420 mm table, 270 kg. The lead screw is changed via a quick-change coupling, a safety device protects against tool breakage, and electronic motor braking provides the single cycle. Thread depth up to 90 mm, up to 800 threads per hour, 5 speed steps of 80–440 or 160–880 rpm depending on the version, MT 4 taper, 300 mm throat, 1.2 kW motor.
