NARGESA C2006 CNC and C3006 CNC hydraulic guillotine shears with a fixed 1.75° rake: 2030 and 3055 mm cut, mild steel up to 6 mm, stainless up to 4 mm.
On a fixed-rake guillotine the upper blade always meets the lower one at the same angle — 1.75° on the NARGESA C CNC. The angle is not reset for each thickness, which makes the machine simpler to run. For a shop that mostly cuts steel up to 6 mm in standard sheet sizes, that is enough.
The catalog carries the NARGESA C2006 CNC and C3006 CNC. Both cut mild steel up to 6 mm and stainless up to 4 mm, with a 700 mm back gauge. They differ in cutting length, pace and weight: the C2006 — 2030 mm, 10 strokes per minute, 5.1 t; the C3006 — 3055 mm, 12 strokes, 7.5 t.
The cutting length is matched to the sheet size. The C2006 cuts 1250×2500 and 1500×3000 sheets across, but lengthwise only a 1000×2000 sheet. To slit 2500 and 3000 mm sheets lengthwise into strips, you need the C3006.
They are all in the variable-rake guillotine shears section, and how to compare guillotines is covered on the guillotine shears page. After cutting, blanks are usually bent on a press brake.
| Model | Cutting length | Mild steel | Stainless | Strokes | Power |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NARGESA C2006 CNC | 2030 mm | 6 mm | 4 mm | 10 | 5.87 kW |
| NARGESA C3006 CNC | 3055 mm | 6 mm | 4 mm | 12 | 9.6 kW |
It is the angle between the upper and lower blade along which the cut runs. On the C CNC it is set by design — 1.75° — and does not change with sheet thickness. On variable-rake shears it is set for each thickness: smaller for thin sheet, larger for thick.
The C2006 CNC weighs 5.1 t and the C3006 CNC 7.5 t: less than the lightest Procut (8 t), but installation still needs a level floor and a crane or forklift. Allow room for feeding sheet at the front and collecting blanks behind the blade.
