The TRtech Procut-3010 is a hydraulic variable-rake guillotine shear for sheet up to 3,100 mm long and the fastest in the Procut series by stroke rate. The Cybelec Touch 8 CNC sets the rake and cutting length, and the back gauge runs on a ball screw. Steel 450 N/mm² up to 10 mm, stainless 750 N/mm² up to 6 mm, 0.3–2.3° rake, 12–24 strokes per minute, 16 holddowns, 1,000 mm gauge, 22 kW, 9,600 kg. We check the maximum thickness of your steel grade against the maker's table so the shear works with a margin.
