MG M-ME-ML 1504 Pfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 1504 P is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 1,500 mm wide: the plate passes between two driven centre rolls while the side rolls set the radius. Constant clamping keeps the plate square without slipping, which is why MG calls the design well suited to NC or CNC control. It rolls plate up to 4 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 3 mm; Ø110 mm top roll, power 3 kW, weight 1.5 t. We choose between M, ME and ML by the smallest diameter and positioning accuracy, and fix the final configuration in the quotation.
