MG M-ME-ML 2004 Pfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2004 P is a four-roll hydraulic plate roll for plate up to 2,050 mm wide, in which two driven centre rolls keep the blank clamped. In the ML version the side rolls travel on an oblique linear axis with a narrower centre distance, giving smaller diameters and shorter flat ends. It rolls plate up to 4 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 2 mm; Ø140 mm top roll, power 4 kW, weight 1.9 t. We discuss NC or CNC control from the start: MG considers its four-roll design well suited to it.
