MG M-ME-ML 2008 Afour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2008 A is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 2,050 mm wide: the plate passes between two driven centre rolls while the side rolls set the radius. The centre rolls are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls, and in the M version a torsion-bar system keeps the side rolls parallel. Plate up to 8 mm, edge pre-bending up to 6 mm, Ø190 mm top roll, 4 kW drive, 3.4 t. MG gives its table figures as indicative, so for a specific shell we check thickness and radius against the material.
