MG M-ME-ML 2028 Dfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2028 D is a hydraulic plate roll with four rolls for plate up to 2,050 mm wide. MG calls this design the easiest hydraulic plate roll to use: the centre rolls clamp the plate, and pre-bending and rolling run in one direction in a single pass. Plate up to 28 mm, edge pre-bending up to 20 mm, Ø330 mm top roll, 15 kW power, 7.7 t. We select the version (M, ME or ML) to suit the drawing and batch size.
