The MG M-ME-ML 2045 F is a four-roll hydraulic plate roll for plate up to 2,050 mm wide, in which two driven centre rolls keep the blank clamped. In the ML version the side rolls travel on an oblique linear axis with a narrower centre distance, giving smaller diameters and shorter flat ends. Maximum thickness 45 mm, edge pre-bending 35 mm, Ø430 mm top roll, 30 kW, weight 16 t. MG gives its table figures as indicative, so for a specific shell we check thickness and radius against the material.
