MG M-ME-ML 2075 Ifour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2075 I is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 2,050 mm wide: the plate passes between two driven centre rolls while the side rolls set the radius. This lets you pre-bend the edge and roll the whole blank in one direction in a single pass. It rolls plate up to 75 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 60 mm; Ø550 mm top roll, power 50 kW, weight 26 t. We choose between M, ME and ML by the smallest diameter and positioning accuracy, and fix the final configuration in the quotation.
