The MG M-ME-ML 2100 Y is a hydraulic four-roll plate roll with a 2,050 mm working width, in which the plate is clamped between two driven centre rolls. The centre rolls are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls, and in the M version a torsion-bar system keeps the side rolls parallel. Plate up to 100 mm, edge pre-bending up to 75 mm, Ø590 mm top roll, 75 kW drive, 30 t. Send us the steel grade, thickness, width and smallest shell diameter, and we will check them against the MG table.
