MG M-ME-ML 2506 Pfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2506 P is a four-roll hydraulic plate roll for plate up to 2,600 mm wide, in which two driven centre rolls keep the blank clamped. There are three versions: M with side rolls on planetary guides and torsion-bar parallelism, ME with electronic parallelism, and ML with linear guides for small diameters. Maximum thickness 6 mm, edge pre-bending 4 mm, Ø180 mm top roll, Ø170 mm side rolls, 4 kW, weight 3.5 t. We discuss NC or CNC control from the start: MG considers its four-roll design well suited to it.
