The MG M-ME-ML 2510 R is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 2,600 mm wide: the plate passes between two driven centre rolls while the side rolls set the radius. In the ME version side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. Plate up to 10 mm, edge pre-bending up to 8 mm, Ø210 mm top roll, Ø190 mm side rolls, 5.5 kW drive, 4.5 t. Pre-bending and rolling run in one pass, but pre-bending is limited to 8 mm, so for your part we check that figure.
