The MG M-ME-ML 2520 C is a four-roll hydraulic plate roll for plate up to 2,600 mm wide, in which two driven centre rolls keep the blank clamped. The centre rolls are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls, and in the M version a torsion-bar system keeps the side rolls parallel. Maximum thickness 20 mm, edge pre-bending 15 mm, Ø280 mm top roll, Ø260 mm side rolls, 10 kW, weight 7 t. We choose between M, ME and ML by the smallest diameter and positioning accuracy, and fix the final configuration in the quotation.
