MG M-ME-ML 2550 Gfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2550 G is a hydraulic four-roll plate roll with a 2,600 mm working width, in which the plate is clamped between two driven centre rolls. This lets you pre-bend the edge and roll the whole blank in one direction in a single pass. It rolls plate up to 50 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 40 mm; Ø480 mm top roll, Ø440 mm side rolls, power 30 kW, weight 24 t. MG gives its table figures as indicative, so for a specific shell we check thickness and radius against the material.
