MG M-ME-ML 2590 Yfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 2590 Y is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 2,600 mm wide: the plate passes between two driven centre rolls while the side rolls set the radius. There are three versions: M with side rolls on planetary guides and torsion-bar parallelism, ME with electronic parallelism, and ML with linear guides for small diameters. Maximum thickness 90 mm, edge pre-bending 70 mm, Ø630 mm top roll, 75 kW, weight 50 t. Pre-bending and rolling run in one pass, but pre-bending is limited to 70 mm, so for your part we check that figure.
