MG M-ME-ML 3006 Afour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 3006 A is a hydraulic four-roll plate roll with a 3,100 mm working width, in which the plate is clamped between two driven centre rolls. In the ML version the side rolls travel on an oblique linear axis with a narrower centre distance, giving smaller diameters and shorter flat ends. Plate up to 6 mm, edge pre-bending up to 4 mm, Ø200 mm top roll, 4 kW drive, 4.5 t. We choose between M, ME and ML by the smallest diameter and positioning accuracy, and fix the final configuration in the quotation.
