The MG M-ME-ML 3010 B is a four-roll plate roll with a 3,100 mm width for plate up to 10 mm. During pre-bending and rolling the centre rolls never release the plate, so it does not slip and stays square. Edge pre-bending up to 8 mm, Ø250 mm top roll, Ø230 mm side rolls, 7.5 kW power, 5 t. For a long shell from thin plate we check width, smallest diameter and pre-bending against the drawing before quoting.
