MG M-ME-ML 3022 Dfour-roll plate bending rolls

The MG M-ME-ML 3022 D is a four-roll hydraulic plate roll for plate up to 3,100 mm wide, in which two driven centre rolls keep the blank clamped. Constant clamping keeps the plate square without slipping, which is why MG calls the design well suited to NC or CNC control. Maximum thickness 22 mm, edge pre-bending 17 mm, Ø350 mm top roll, Ø330 mm side rolls, 15 kW, weight 13 t. MG gives its table figures as indicative, so for a specific shell we check thickness and radius against the material.
