The MG M-ME-ML 3035 E is a four-roll plate roll for shells from plate up to 35 mm on a 3,100 mm width. In the ME version proportional valves set the side-roll position from the signals of two transducers, so precision and repeatability hold over time. Edge pre-bending up to 28 mm, Ø440 mm top roll, Ø410 mm side rolls, 30 kW power, 22 t. We discuss plate feeding and support for a large shell together with the drawing.
