The MG M-ME-ML 3160 Z is the largest MG four-roll plate roll in the catalogue, a heavy-duty version for shells from plate up to 160 mm on a 3,100 mm width. Both centre rolls are driven, by hydraulic motors with planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls. Edge pre-bending up to 120 mm, Ø940 mm top roll, Ø870 mm side rolls, 180 kW power, 200 t. We select a machine of this class together with the installation and plate-feeding plan, and discuss it before quoting.
