The TRtech Prime-811600 is the most powerful Prime-series version with an 8,100 mm bending length: 1,600 t. OSM Makina's patented dynamic hydraulic crowning is combined here with encoders on C-shaped brackets on the lower beam; 6 axes (4 on the back gauge). 500 mm ram stroke, 730 mm daylight, 6,400 mm between columns, 500 mm table width, 6 mm/s working speed, 110 kW, 150,000 kg, 2,000 mm foundation. We calculate the required force from the thickness, material strength and die opening, and only then select the tooling.
