The MAXION BS 50 AVST is a column drilling machine with a two-stage gear drive, circulating oil lubrication and electromagnetic feed engagement. Four fixed power feeds, infinitely variable speed. Drilling up to 50 mm, threads up to M45, MT 4 taper, 200 mm stroke, 325 mm throat, 35–2,000 rpm depending on the version, 3.8 kW motor, 650×500 mm table, 670 kg.
