The MAXION UNIMAX 4 Basic+ is a column drilling machine with programmable drilling depth and tapping and chip-breaking functions as standard. The feed is infinitely variable, 20–500 mm/min. Drilling up to 35 mm in continuous duty and 40 mm in normal duty, threads up to M30, MT 4 taper, 175 mm stroke, 300 mm throat, 60–2,500 rpm, 3 kW motor, 650×500 mm table, 490 kg. Whether the spindle reaches the hole, we check against the throat, stroke and workpiece height on the drawing.
