The Palmary PC-2412S is a high-speed PC-S series centerless grinder with the widest wheel in the PC-24S group, 610×305 mm, for parts of Ø1–100 mm. The regulating wheel is driven by a 5 kW servo motor at 10–300 rpm and the slide feed by a 2 kW servo motor; the regulating wheel tilts +5°…−3° and swivels ±3°. The spindles are lubricated automatically and the slideways centrally, and a pressure switch prevents start-up without oil. Loading and unloading equipment is discussed to suit your production volume.
