The Palmary GU32x60S is an economy GU S series cylindrical grinder with a hydrostatic wheel spindle bearing and a servo-driven workhead. It grinds by plunge and traverse and handles shoulders, faces and tapers; the table swivels −2°…+10°. Workpieces up to Ø300 mm and 600 mm between centres, up to 150 kg on the centres, 10–300 rpm work speed, 2,600 kg. The standard kit includes an inverter, a diamond dresser and carbide centres. The wheel, its dressing and coolant are agreed to suit the material and batch.
