The Palmary GU42x200S is the longest cylindrical grinder in the economy GU S series: up to 2,000 mm between centres and up to Ø400 mm. 2,300 mm table stroke, table swivel −1°…+7°, a 2 kW servo motor drives the workhead at 10–300 rpm, up to 150 kg on the centres. The wheel spindle runs in a hydrostatic bearing, and the wheelhead is made of carburized, sub-zero treated alloy steel. We check the shaft weight and grinding length against the centres and table stroke before quoting.
