The TRtech Procut-4006 is a hydraulic variable-rake guillotine shear for cutting sheet over a 4,100 mm length. Stress-relieved heavy-duty steel frame, lighting with a shadow line along the cut, and a Cybelec Touch 8 CNC. Steel 450 N/mm² up to 6 mm, stainless 750 N/mm² up to 4 mm, 0.3–2° rake, 10–20 strokes per minute, 20 holddowns, 1,000 mm gauge, 11 kW, 10,500 kg. If your strips are wider than the gauge travel, the maker offers a 1,250 mm back gauge; we agree this in the configuration.
