The TRtech Procut-4010 is a hydraulic variable-rake guillotine shear for sheet up to 4,100 mm long with a Cybelec Touch 8 CNC. The heavy-duty steel frame is stress-relieved, and the back gauge runs on a ball screw. Steel 450 N/mm² up to 10 mm, stainless 750 N/mm² up to 6 mm, 0.3–2.3° rake, 9–16 strokes per minute, 20 holddowns, 1,000 mm gauge, 22 kW, 14,500 kg. If your strips are wider than the gauge travel, the maker offers a 1,250 mm back gauge; we agree this in the configuration.
