The TRtech Procut-6025 is the heaviest shear in the Procut series: sheet up to 25 mm over a 6,100 mm length. The Cybelec Touch 8 CNC changes the rake, the holddowns adjust their pressure automatically, and the blades have four edges each. Steel up to 25 mm, stainless up to 17 mm, 0.3–3° rake, 4–6 strokes per minute, 29 holddowns, 1,000 mm gauge, 45 kW, 58,000 kg. The rake angle is matched to the thickness: a smaller angle means less twist and bow in the strip, a larger one is needed for thick plate.
