MG G-GE-GL 2004 Lthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2004 L is a three-roll plate roll for thin plate across the full 2,050 mm width. In the G version massive torsion bars working with pressure valves balance the side rolls, so parallelism needs no further setting. Plate up to 4 mm, edge pre-bending up to 3 mm, Ø140 mm top and Ø130 mm side rolls, 4 kW power, 1.6 t. If the seam needs a minimal flat section we look at the GL version, and for consistent repeatability in series work at the GE.
