Weiler E30cycle-controlled lathe

The Weiler E30 is the smallest E-series cycle lathe: simple parts are turned with handwheels as on a conventional machine, complex ones with cycles; the handwheel panel travels with the bed slide. Ø330 mm swing over bed, 750 mm between centres, 11/9 kW, 1–4,500 rpm, 43 mm spindle bore, MK 3 quill, WEILER SL2 control, accuracy to DIN 8605. We check cutting conditions and the required power against the material and the largest machining diameter.
