The Weiler DA 260 is a DA-series universal lathe with a 260 mm centre height and a stepped drive: 12 spindle speeds, 66 feeds and metric threads 0.5–28 mm. Ø535 mm swing over bed, 1,000–2,000 mm between centres, 7.5 kW, 33–1,500 rpm, large 71 mm spindle bore, MK 4 quill, spindle brake, accuracy to DIN 8605. We advise leaving margin for the chuck, centre and steady rest when choosing the distance between centres.
