MG G-GE-GL 2008 Bthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2008 B is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 2,050 mm working width. All three rolls are driven and clamp the plate hydraulically; they are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls. It rolls plate up to 8 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 6 mm; the top roll is Ø190 mm, the side rolls Ø170 mm, power 4 kW, weight about 2.6 t. We choose between G, GE and GL by the smallest diameter and the repeatability you need, and fix the configuration in the quotation.
