MG G-GE-GL 2010 Bthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2010 B is a three-roll hydraulic plate roll for shells and cones from plate up to 2,050 mm wide. In the GE version the side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. Plate up to 10 mm, edge pre-bending up to 8 mm, Ø210 mm top roll, Ø190 mm side rolls, 5.5 kW drive, 3 t. MG rates the thickness for a shell diameter three times the top-roll diameter, so we check tighter radii at full thickness separately.
