MG G-GE-GL 2014 Rthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2014 R is a hydraulic plate roll with three driven rolls that bends plate up to 2,050 mm wide into cylinders and cones. In the base G version the side rolls move on planetary swing guides, and a torsion-bar system keeps them parallel without separate encoders. It rolls plate up to 14 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 10 mm; the top roll is Ø230 mm, the side rolls Ø200 mm, power 7.5 kW, weight about 3.5 t. If you will roll cones, we choose a model with margin: for cone rolling MG advises reducing the thickness relative to the rated value.
