The MG G-GE-GL 2050 G is a hydraulic three-roll plate roll for heavy-wall shells and cones from plate up to 2,050 mm wide. The rolls sit on sealed bearings with no secondary components, so less force is lost to friction and the side rolls can tilt further for cones. Plate up to 50 mm, edge pre-bending up to 40 mm, Ø430 mm top roll, Ø400 mm side rolls, 40 kW power, 10 t.
