MG G-GE-GL 2070 Ithree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2070 I is a three-roll plate roll for heavy plate up to 2,050 mm wide. In the GL version parallelism is electronic: two digital-readout transducers and a dedicated controller hold each roll's position regardless of temperature and mechanical wear. Thickness up to 70 mm, pre-bending up to 55 mm, Ø600 mm top roll, Ø540 mm side rolls, 75 kW drive, 35 t. We agree the support layout for a shell of this size and the plate feeding together with the drawing.
