MG G-GE-GL 2090 Ythree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2090 Y is a hydraulic plate roll with three driven rolls that bends plate up to 2,050 mm wide into cylinders and cones. In the GE version the side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. Plate up to 90 mm, edge pre-bending up to 65 mm, Ø670 mm top roll, Ø620 mm side rolls, 100 kW drive, 45 t. For large shells MG offers side and vertical supports, and for plate feeding a roller conveyor and laser squaring; we agree the equipment in the quotation.
