MG G-GE-GL 2506 Pthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2506 P is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 2,600 mm working width. In the base G version the side rolls move on planetary swing guides, and a torsion-bar system keeps them parallel without separate encoders. Maximum thickness 6 mm, edge pre-bending 4 mm, Ø190 mm top and Ø170 mm side rolls, 4 kW, weight 2.5 t. To select, we need the steel grade, thickness, plate width and finished shell diameter, and check the model against the maker's table.
