MG G-GE-GL 2525 Dthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2525 D is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 2,600 mm working width. In the GL version the side rolls travel on an oblique linear axis with a narrower centre distance, allowing smaller diameters with shorter flat ends. Maximum thickness 25 mm, edge pre-bending 20 mm, Ø340 mm top and Ø310 mm side rolls, 15 kW, weight 6 t. If you will roll cones, we choose a model with margin: for cone rolling MG advises reducing the thickness relative to the rated value.
