MG G-GE-GL 2530 Mthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2530 M is a three-roll hydraulic plate roll for shells and cones from plate up to 2,600 mm wide. The rolls have a bi-conical shape against the barrel and reel effect and run on double-row tapered roller bearings lubricated for life. It rolls plate up to 30 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 25 mm; the top roll is Ø370 mm, the side rolls Ø350 mm, power 20 kW, weight about 7.5 t. We choose between G, GE and GL by the smallest diameter and the repeatability you need, and fix the configuration in the quotation.
