MG G-GE-GL 2570 Ithree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 2570 I is a three-roll hydraulic plate roll for shells and cones from plate up to 2,600 mm wide. All three rolls are driven and clamp the plate hydraulically; they are turned by hydraulic motors through planetary gearboxes mounted directly on the rolls. It rolls plate up to 70 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 55 mm; the top roll is Ø600 mm, the side rolls Ø540 mm, power 75 kW, weight about 38 t. For large shells MG offers side and vertical supports, and for plate feeding a roller conveyor and laser squaring; we agree the equipment in the quotation.
