MG G-GE-GL 3008 Bthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3008 B is a three-roll hydraulic plate roll for shells and cones from plate up to 3,100 mm wide. In the GE version the side-roll travel and parallelism are controlled by two proportional valves and two transducers, regardless of temperature. It rolls plate up to 8 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 6 mm; the top roll is Ø220 mm, the side rolls Ø210 mm, power 5.5 kW, weight about 4 t. To select, we need the steel grade, thickness, plate width and finished shell diameter, and check the model against the maker's table.
