MG G-GE-GL 3010 Rthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3010 R is a hydraulic plate roll with three driven rolls that bends plate up to 3,100 mm wide into cylinders and cones. Versions to choose from: G with side rolls on planetary swing guides, GE with electronic control of travel and parallelism, and GL with linear side-roll travel for smaller diameters. Maximum thickness 10 mm, edge pre-bending 8 mm, Ø240 mm top and Ø230 mm side rolls, 7.5 kW, weight 5 t. If you will roll cones, we choose a model with margin: for cone rolling MG advises reducing the thickness relative to the rated value.
