MG G-GE-GL 3014 Cthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3014 C is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. In the GL version the side rolls travel on an oblique linear axis with a narrower centre distance, allowing smaller diameters with shorter flat ends. Plate up to 14 mm, edge pre-bending up to 10 mm, Ø290 mm top roll, Ø260 mm side rolls, 10 kW drive, 7 t. We choose between G, GE and GL by the smallest diameter and the repeatability you need, and fix the configuration in the quotation.
