MG G-GE-GL 3025 Mthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3025 M is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. In the base G version the side rolls move on planetary swing guides, and a torsion-bar system keeps them parallel without separate encoders. It rolls plate up to 25 mm thick and pre-bends edges up to 20 mm; the top roll is Ø370 mm, the side rolls Ø350 mm, power 25 kW, weight about 10 t. To select, we need the steel grade, thickness, plate width and finished shell diameter, and check the model against the maker's table.
