MG G-GE-GL 3036 Fthree-roll plate bending rolls

The MG G-GE-GL 3036 F is a three-roll plate roll for rolling shells from plate with a 3,100 mm working width. Versions to choose from: G with side rolls on planetary swing guides, GE with electronic control of travel and parallelism, and GL with linear side-roll travel for smaller diameters. Plate up to 36 mm, edge pre-bending up to 28 mm, Ø430 mm top roll, Ø400 mm side rolls, 30 kW drive, 16 t. For large shells MG offers side and vertical supports, and for plate feeding a roller conveyor and laser squaring; we agree the equipment in the quotation.
